LYNN Blasdale took the top honours in the latest ladies’ Medal at Kenilworth Golf Club as she carded nett 68 to win Division One from Chris Hurcomb, nett 70.
The Division Two winner was Cherry Matthews, nett 70, from Carol Simmons, nett 72, while Kim Edwards emerged triumphant in Division Three with nett 72, from Elizabeth Saxon, nett 74.
Caroline Durbin won the weekend Medal with nett 77 from Veronique Lintin, nett 79, while Doreen Ritchie won the nine-hole competition.
Meanwhile, countback was required to determine a keenly fought Seniors August Stableford in which Trevor Griffiths came out on top in Division One by virtue of a better back nine than Alan Donaldson after they both scored 37 points. Malcolm Young finished third with 36.
Robert Grimley was the Division Two winner with 37 points, from Nick Dennis, 36, and Richard Williams, 36.
