THREE Spa Striders took in the picturesque views of the Cotswold Hills for the Tysoe Windmill Hill 10km event on Sunday.
A largely off-road run took competitors up Tysoe’s Windmill Hill and this was followed by a further climb through Compton Wynyates Estate, offering some stunning views along the way.
James Browne was the first Strider home in 41 minutes and 45 seconds to finish as the sixth fastest male, while Jennie Hawkins’ time of 46.26 secured her first place in the women’s race, with Sue Cox (56.08) coming sixth too complete the trio.
