AROUND 80 people turned out at Warwick Tennis Club to take part in free taster sessions.
The event was staged as part of the Great British Tennis Weekend, a national campaign to encourage more people to get into the sport.
Another event is being staged at the club, which is based in Hampton Road, this Sunday between 2-5pm.
Families and players of all ages and abilities are invited to player together or with current club members and there will also be a 20 per cent discount for new members should they wish to join on the day.
