LEAMINGTON heavyweight Matty Harris will face Milos Veletic in his fifth professional fight at the end of the month.
The fight will take place on Friday, March 31 at York Hall in London and will be broadcast live on Channel 5.
Harris last fought in January when he knocked out Czech fighter Jiri Surmaj in the first round to take his professional record to 4-0.
And the Cleary’s Boxing Gym fighter is targeting another knockout finish having won three of his four fights inside the distance.
Harris said: “I’m going in and I’m going to do my thing just like the last one I’m going for the knockout.”
Coach Edwin Cleary said: “Matty is looking in great shape, focused and training hard as always, we’re relocating soon to the new gym in Whitnash, Leamington, and things are really progressing fast.”
His Bosnian opponent Veletic has a 2-2 professional record and was knocked out in his most recent fight in May last year.
Harris beat Pawel Strykowski and Mait Metsis by first-round knockout prior to his win against Surmaj after he beat Mladen Manev on points in his first professional fight.
Also fighting on the card is fellow British prospect Harlem Eubank (16-0) whilst the vacant BBBofC English Cruiserweight and WBO European Super Welterweight belts are up for grabs.
