WARWICKSHIRE Pride is set to welcome former pop star Kavana as headliner at this summer’s festival in Leamington.
Kavana, who had a string of hit singles including Crazy Chance and Funky Love in the late 1990s, will perform in the Pump Room Gardens on Saturday August 19.
This year’s festival, celebrating lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT+) life and culture, will also feature alongside the live music.
Warwickshire Pride spokesman Daniel Browne said: “Warwickshire Pride will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of the decriminilisation of homosexuality in England.
“There are certainly more big announcements to come as the festival draws closer and we look forward to welcoming everyone in August.”
