Warwickshire GPs need patients' opinions

Leamington Editorial 20th Jun, 2017   0

PATIENTS in south Warwickshire are being urged to speak up on how local health services are run.

GP practices regularly hold Patient Participation Groups , where patients can give their views on services and help surgeries identify where improvements should be made.

Chair of South Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group Dr David Spraggett said: “Patients are in the unique position of being the only people who know what it is like to be on the receiving end of services, which means they can provide us with vital information on what works well and how services can improve.

“We know there are many more people out there with valuable insights they can share with us to help us improve local healthcare still further.”

Those interested in joining a PPG should contact their practice manager.
