Unsuspecting youngsters covered in clown noses to celebrate circus fundraiser

Leamington Editorial 15th Apr, 2018   0

CLOWN noses rained down on surprised pupils at the launch of a big top fundraiser.

Moreton Morrell Primary School is preparing to host its very own circus on Sunday September 23.

The school field will be taken over by a big top filled with acrobats, clowns, aerialists from Happy’s Circus to entertain an audience of 600.

Other amusements will include a bouncy castle, pie throwing and face painting, along with food and drink stalls.

Tickets are available to schoolchildren and families at £8.50 or £30 for a family of four, with remaining tickets available from May 24.

To mark the launch a drone dropped red noses which pupils scooped up to find invitations to the event.

Funds raised will be used towards new equipment and to enhance the learning experience of children at the school.
