THE REPAIR Cafe is opening its doors for its monthly slot at the Sydni Centre in Leamington on Saturday (August 6).
Residents with any broken household items they need fixing are being invited to come along between 11am and 2pm and have a cup of tea of coffee whilst they wait.
Repair experts will be on hand to fix any items which may otherwise have ended up in landfill including garden equipment, toys, ornaments or even a split seam on a garment.
And the events follows the high success rate of last month’s repair cafe which saw a bumper number of items, ranging from bikes to toasters, being saved from the bin.
All electrical items are tested for safety before they leave the building and the repairers ask anyone who comes along to stay with their items just in case they have any questions.
