Real ale lovers have reason to celebrate with the return of the Warwick Real Beer Tour.

The tour is set to start at midday on Sunday August 30 in aid of Myton Hospice and will see a selection of specially chosen ales, talks from a local brewing expert and competitions held in each pub .

There will be stops at local haunts The Old Post Office, The Tilted Wig, The Oak and The Wild Boar, with a secret pub yet to be revealed. Food will be provided by award-winning fish and chip shop Pot and Fin.

Organiser Charlie Hunter said: “This is our third year on the tour and we are making sure it will be bigger and better than ever. There will be plenty of surprises along the way and one really great surprise from our sponsor Square Wine.

“There will be some wonderful prizes on offer, a beer lucky dip so you can take a bottle home, and of course lots of award-winning beers with the good natured and friendly crowd we always seem to get on the tour.”

Tickets cost £10. Visit facebook.com/RealBeerTours or follow @realbeertours on twitter to find out more.
