A FORMER builder’s merchant in Kenilworth is set to be demolished and turned into apartments.
Buildbase previously occupied the land on Warwick Road before relocating five years ago.
Since then the building has stood empty, and now Warwick District Council has approved plans to demolish the building and rebuild as an apartment block with eight flats.
