People encouraged to take part in Myton Hospice's 'Make a Will Week'

PEOPLE are being urged to write or update their wills while supporting a good cause.

Local solicitors have agreed to give their time free of charge in return for a charity donation between Monday (May 14) and Friday (May 18). Any sum is welcome but suggested minimum donations are £80 for a single will and £160 for a pair of mirror wills.

Hospice spokeswoman Ellie Morgans said:“If you’ve been putting off writing your will then why not take part in Myton’s Make a Will Week and make sure your wishes are followed.

“By making a will you will make sure that the people and causes you care about are still supported when you are no longer here.

“You will also be helping Myton to continue its work, to care for more people with terminal and life limiting illnesses, and their families, when they need us most.”
