CARING pupils at Trinity School in Leamington have been busy raising money for charity.
Year 7 pupils have collected more than £1,200 this year alone in support of Macmillan Cancer Support, Save the Children, Kidney Care UK, Cafod, Epilepsy Action and Leamington Night Shelter.
Fund-raising efforts have included sleepovers, guess how many sweets in the jar, a “knock ’em down” game to novelty jumper wearing.
Head of year Charlie Thompson said: “I know of no better feeling than watching my students growing socially whilst developing academically. Within that growth their efforts to raise money for the common good fill me with pride and respect for them.”
