RESIDENTS of a Kenilworth care home were tickled pink after raising vital funds to combat breast cancer.

Kenilworth Manor Care Home held a special charity event for the official Big Pink Day for breast care awareness and raised £360.

Residents were joined by staff, family and friends for the fun day making pink paper flowers, taking part in a pink keep fit class, while also enjoying some pink fizz.

*INDEPENDENT shops in Kenilworth are preparing to team up for this year’s Small Business Saturday.

Kenilworth Books and Aunty Agatha’s will be bringing an independent market and musical entertainment to Talisman Square on December 5.

Featuring everything from craft and book stalls to homemade cakes, handmade candles and jewellery, spaces are still available for independent or individual sellers, musicians and other entertainers wanting to get involved.
