A FORMER North Leamington School pupil has graduated as an RAF Flying Officer.
William Lang graduated from the Royal Air Force College at Royal Air Force College Cranwell.
The 22-year-old from Leamington had previously studied for a degree in Aerospace Engineering at Queen’s University in Belfast. While at university Will was a member of Northern Ireland Universities Air Squadron.
Will has commissioned as an Engineering Officer and will now begin the next stage of his training.
Flying Officer Lang said: “It was a huge honour to graduate as an officer in the RAF. Certainly the most physically and mentally demanding course I’ve ever done, but it has set me up well for my role as an Engineering Officer and all the opportunities that it will bring. I am looking forward to my future career and where the RAF takes me.”
