A DAD who had to give up work after being diagnosed with a brain tumour has spoken to Rotarians about his experience.
Oliver Highway worked for National Grid in Warwick until his tumour was discovered after he began to forget simple things.
He has had to give up his job, undergo surgery and adapt to work around the illness. The dad of-one also has to have regular chemotherapy to keep the tumour at bay.
Oliver was joined by Jen Boilested from the Brain Tumour Charity to talk to Warwick Rotary Club members about the illness and receive a donation.
The charity plans to hold another Twilight Walk to raise money later in the year.
