Class A drugs seized and arrests made after car stopped by police

CLASS A drugs were seized after a car was stopped in Leamington.

Three people were arrested on suspicion of drug offences after police officers stopped the car on Queensway on Sunday (August 5).

Cocaine and cannabis were seized.

A 20-year-old man from Leamington was arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply.




A 24-year-old man also from Leamington was arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply and drug driving.

A 17-year-old girl from Worcester was arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply.


All three remain in custody.

Police have asked for anyone with information to contact them on 101 or call 0800 555 111 to speak to Crimestoppers anonymously.
