WEEKEND bin collections are planned in Warwick district during the festive period.
Changes to the refuse and recycling schedules will mean collections due on Monday December 24 will take place two days earlier on Saturday 22, and collections due on December 25 will be made on Christmas Eve.
All other collections – apart from December 31 – will be a day later than normal. Schedules will return to normal on Monday January 7.
The council is urging residents to recycle as much as possible and to put any extra sorted recycling in a sturdy bag or small box next to the normal recycling boxes and bags.
