ARTISTIC students displayed their work at Myton School for a public showcase.

A selection of original paintings, print, sculpture, video and photography, all produced by the school’s GCSE and A level classes were put on display.

And students who completed their Art A-Level last year came back to the Myton Road school to catch up with friends and staff as well as seeing their work being admired by visitors.

Head of Art at Myton, Scott Meredith commented, “This is work that the students have completed over the past year as part of their coursework and examination studies.

“Everyone has worked exceptionally hard not only in the classroom but also after school, at home and in the art clubs that we provide.

“The work on display was a true reflection of our students’ commitment, enthusiasm and talent. We are all incredibly proud of them and impressed with their achievements.”
