PLANS are in the pipeline for 130 homes in Budbrooke.
The site off Lloyd Close in Hampton Magna would include 52 affordable homes, a play area and landscaping.
The village is identified in Warwick District Council’s Local Plan as one of the district’s ‘growth villages’.
Similar plans for a larger number of houses were refused in summer but have since been revised.
More details plans are set to be submitted if the initial outline planning application gets the green light on Tuesday (January 29).
