Bernard Tandi, who has been missing for almost a month. (s)
THE SEARCH for a missing Warwick man has been widened to Coventry.
Bernard Tandi lived in the city for several years.
The 38-year-old, also known as Ben or Benjamin, was reported missing on January 3 after last being seen at his home in Portobello Way on New Year's Day.
His family say the disappearance is completely out of character.
DS Carl Buckley, who is leading the search, said: "We are very concerned for his welfare.
“Since he was reported missing he has failed to attend his place of work or make contact with any family or friends.
"We are now widening our search to appeal for people in Coventry to please come forward and let us know if they have seen him.”
Mr Tandi is 5'9 tall, of medium build with black short hair and brown eyes and is a smoker.
Police are continuing to conduct searches of places he is known to frequent while posters and leaflets have also been distributed.
