Flood warnings across Warwick and Leamington

FLOOD warnings remain in place across Warwick and Leamington today (Thursday).

The Environment Agency has issued a warning for the River Avon at Warwick, including Emscote Road, Mill House Close, Grange Close, Bridge Street, Mercia Way, Field Close, Rich Close, Frances Avenue, St Nicholas Park, Mill Street and Bridge End.

A further warning was issued for the same river out toward Barford and Hampton Lucy.

In Leamington a warning has been issued for the River Leam including the Mill Gardens area, Pump Rooms Gardens, parts of Dormer Place and parts of Riverside and Adelaide Road.

Flooding has also been reported in parts of Kenilworth and Southam.
