A WOMAN had to be cut free from her car after it overturned in the centre of Leamington.

The accident, in Guy Street shortly before 9.45pm on Friday (August 10), brought an ambulance, paramedics the fire service and police to the scene.

It is believed the vehicle overturned after hitting a stationary car. The driver, a woman in her early 30s, was trapped in the vehicle for 20 minutes before being cut free.
