Hi: 19° Lo:7° 7 day

HARBURY RFC celebrated their 50th anniversary in style when 250 guests attended a Golden Jubilee Ball at their Middle Road headquarters.
The excellent evening proved an ideal opportunity for members from across the years to get together and not only reminisce but also look forward to the future.
It was pleasing to encourage local trades and suppliers with the Marquee provided by Harbury Marquee Suppliers and the catering by Ray Ploydon.
The following awards were made on what was a truly memorable evening:
1st XV Player or the Year - Gregg Peebles; 1st XV Highest Points Scorer - Tom Secher; Ist XV Most Improved Player - Ben Shinkwin;
2nd XV Player of the Year - Matt Holloway; 2nd XV Highest Points Scorer - Andy Sandford; 2nd XV Most Improved Player - George Bostock; Jerry Birkbeck Touchline Award - Steve Dunne; Veteran Player of the Year - Gareth Carro; Young Player of the Year - Jacob Hunt; John Bromley Trophy - Matthew Knight; and Clubman of the Year - Ben Linnett.
