VOLUNTEERS at Hill Close Gardens in Warwick recently said a fond farewell to Nicola Hawley, the Education Officer, who is moving on to take up a full time post at Shakespeare Birthplace Trust.

Also there to wish her well were Hilary Morris from Newburgh Children's Centre and Laura Holden from Stepping Stones Nursery.

During her time at Hill Close Nicola organised school visits and children's events as well as setting up a monthly drop in session for parents and pre-schoolchildren. The drop in sessions take place on the first Friday morning of each month offering the opportunity for outdoor play whatever the weather. Email educationofficer@hcgt.org.uk for further details.
