Firefighters were called to Raynsford Walk, on the Woodloes estate, just after 12.30pm on Sunday (June 10).

A total of five engines from across the area attended the scene to tackle the blaze and four people were rescued from the third floor, with the building evacuated of a further 20 people in total.

Warwickshire Police said a man had been arrested in connection with the fire and was in custody.
