Drugs, ammunition and banned dogs found in Leamington raid

POLICE found 30 cannabis plants and cocaine in a raid on a Leamington home.

Officers executed a search warrant in Bury Road on Friday (April 27) and recovered a quantity of drugs, believed to be cocaine, together with 30 cannabis plants and equipment used in the production of drugs.

Also recovered was a quantity of live ammunition while two dogs, believed to be banned breeds, were also seized.

A 46-year-old man was arrested at the address and following questioning was bailed pending forensic tests on the substances recovered.
