LOCAL MPs threw their weight behind a recent Parkinson's awareness raising event in Leamington.
Chris White, MP for Warwick and Leamington, and Jeremy Wright, MP for Kenilworth and Southam, visited the Priors shopping centre to meet with and show support for The Leamington & District Branch of Parkinson’s.
The organisation were at the centre all day on April 21 handing out information literature as part of national Parkinson’s Awareness Week.
The Leamington & District Branch meet on the second Thursday of each month from 2pm to 4pm at The Sydni Centre, Marloes Walk, Sydenham.
