TWO car passengers suffered serious head injuries in a smash on the A452 near Leamington on Sunday evening (April 15).
The crash, at Blackdown just after 9.30pm, involved a Volkswagen Golf estate car travelling towards Leamington and a Subaru Impreza travelling towards Kenilworth.
The VW had been overtaking a double-decker bus when the accident happened and two passengers in the Subaru were taken to Warwick Hospital with head injuries.
Both cars were extensively damaged although the bus did not suffer any damage.
